Footprint and more

What are two things that you have learned from your travels? I learnt Japanese people have interesting breakfast's and two of Japan's famous icon's Jigokudani Monkey Park – Famous hot spring with live monkeys and Himeji Castle – Best existing example of Japanese castle architecture.

Kia ora Serenity,

It sounds like you have learned some really interesting facts about Japan. They do have very unique breakfasts and they also have amazing architecture and natural landscapes.

I actually had the opportunity to visit the Monkey Onsen (hot pool) when I was living in Japan and it was pretty spectacular. A friend of our took us to Jigokudani park in the middle of winter so that we could watch the monkeys playing in natural hot pools located in the middle of a snowy forest. It was pretty spectacular!

If you had to choose between the monkey onsen and Himeji castle, which one would you rather go and see? Are you more interested in animals or buildings? I'd love to know what interests you most!

Great work with your blogging, Serenity. You're making awesome progress.

Wishing you and your family a very happy new year :)

Hi there Serenity,

My name is Von and I from S.P.X school. Nice foot print. I was wondering does the shape of your foot print represents something about Japan. Nice job for finishing this task and keep up your amazing work!
